Excellent Resource

The book is clearly laid out, and the table of contents is super helpful for jumping right to an issue for immediate help on what to do right now. This is important because as parents of little kids know - if I cant get it done in a short period of time, its most likely not getting done.
No ridiculous or unrealistic things to perform or enforce to get the job done.
I highly recommend this.

Great parenting tool

This book was hugely helpful in getting a handle on some of my sons discipline issues.
While the concepts are not complex or hard to understand, the author breaks them down into easy to sections. The ideas of needing to belong, needing to feel accomplished and needing encouragement are basic human nature that I think is easy for parents to forget.
Like any parenting book, there were portions that did not work for us and this is certainly not a step by step one size fits all manual because those don't exist! It did though help with many of the behavior issues I was seeing and has made for a more peaceful home.
